For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or worn, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind on opened or worn earrings.

Please keep the item and its original packaging while we review your request. You do not need to wear or try on the earrings to report an issue.
Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. If a return is required because of our error or a confirmed defect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Unopened & Unworn Items
If your earrings remain unopened, unworn, and in their original packaging, please contact us before sending them back so we can review your return or exchange request.
Refunds
